Four rules for Hindi captions that don't sound translated
Short lines
Hindi verbs land at the end of the sentence, so a long line makes the reader wait for the point. One idea per line.
Use the words people say
"फेवरेट", "वीकेंड", "मोटिवेशन" are what people actually say. Heavily Sanskritised words make a caption read like a government notice.
Choose Devanagari or Hinglish on purpose
Devanagari feels personal to Hindi-first audiences; Hinglish reads faster for urban under-30s. Pick one per account — the Hinglish generator does the other.
Hashtags in both scripts
#दोस्ती and #dosti reach different people. Mix two or three Devanagari tags into your English set.

Hindi or Hinglish — which gets more engagement?+
It depends on who follows you. Hindi-first and 30+ audiences often respond better to Devanagari; metro audiences under 30 scroll faster through Hinglish. Try both for two weeks and compare comments, not just likes.
Can it write shayari or quotes?+
