How to use RiseScribe

📌 Instagram note: publishing works with Professional accounts (Business or Creator). Switching is free: Instagram app → Settings → Account type & tools → Switch to professional account.

🔒 Facebook, Threads & Pinterest are Creator Unlimited channels. Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube work on every plan — including Free.

Every day AutoPilot prepares ready-to-go draft posts about what's trending in your topic. For each draft you can:

✅ Schedule it for the suggested best time · 🚀 Publish now · ✏️ Edit the text first · ⏭️ Skip it (a fresh one appears later).

The trending section shows live topics — tap any trend card and RiseScribe writes a post about that exact story. Pick your tone (Professional, Fun, Bold…) and language (English, Hinglish, हिन्दी, मराठी) from the dropdowns.

Got your own idea or a link? Type a topic — or paste any YouTube/article link — in the box and RiseScribe reads it and writes your post about it.

Open a channel from Studio (or the channel list in the sidebar). The composer is right at the top:

• Write with AI — give a topic or link, pick tone + language, and it drafts the caption with hashtags. Edit anything before publishing.

• Formats: Instagram and Facebook let you choose 📷 Post, 🎬 Reel, or ⭕ Story. YouTube lets you pick 🎥 Video or ⚡ Short (a Short needs a vertical video up to 3 minutes — we add #Shorts for you). X lets you make a 📊 Poll (2–4 choices). LinkedIn also accepts PDF documents. Pinterest needs an image or video for the Pin.

• 🎨 AI images — describe exactly what you want and pick a style; the image attaches automatically.

• 📣 Cross-post — send the same post to your other channels in one go; captions auto-fit each platform's limit.

Pick a date and time (or tap the suggested best time) and hit Schedule. The post publishes automatically — you don't need the app open.

Everything scheduled or published shows on the Calendar and inside its channel. From either place you can publish a scheduled post right now or cancel it.

How many posts can wait in the queue per channel: Free 2 · Pro 5 · Growth 10 · Creator unlimited.

Every published post reports its views, likes, comments and shares straight from the platform — no estimates. You get the totals across all channels, a Views and a Likes graph over the window you pick (1D / 7D / 30D / 1Y), your best-performing post, and a per-channel breakdown.

Numbers refresh automatically about once a minute while the page is open. A post published minutes ago can read zero — platforms usually report within a few hours.

ℹ️ Why no follower count? The platforms don't give third-party apps follower numbers, so RiseScribe reports only what it can genuinely measure: the reach your posts actually earned. Your follower count is always in the platform's own app.

In Studio → AI instructions, write standing rules once — "always write as we", "never use the word hustle", "end with 🌱" — and every AI-written post follows them, everywhere in the app.

The globe button switches the app between English, हिन्दी and मराठी — and your posts automatically switch to that language too. Want the app in English but posts in Hinglish? Just change the post-language dropdown next to any composer.

Upgrade anytime from the ⚡ Upgrade button — payments are handled securely by Razorpay.

A post failed to publish? We email you right away with the reason. Usually the channel needs a quick reconnect: Settings → Disconnect → connect again.

A post showing zero views? Normal right after publishing — platforms report engagement within a few hours, and the page refreshes itself every minute.

Instagram won't publish? Make sure it's a Professional (Business/Creator) account — see the Connect section above.
