Terms of Service

RiseScribe ("we", "us") is a social media publishing and content assistant operated from India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use RiseScribe.

You sign in with Google or an email one-time code through our authentication provider. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country), give accurate information, and keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You connect Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and Pinterest through each platform's own official OAuth login. We never see or store your platform passwords — we hold a revocable access token, and you can disconnect any channel at any time from Settings.

Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. You are responsible for making sure what you publish complies with them. We can't publish on a platform that has suspended, rate-limited or restricted your account.

You own the content you create and publish. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it, process it and publish it to the channels you've connected, on your instruction.

RiseScribe uses AI to draft captions, hashtags and images. AI output can be wrong, generic, or unintentionally similar to existing work. Nothing is published without your action — you review, edit, schedule or publish each post. You are responsible for what finally goes live, including accuracy, rights to any material you upload, and required disclosures.

You agree not to use RiseScribe to create or publish:

• spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or engagement manipulation · • content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy · • impersonation of a real person or brand you don't represent · • hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal material · • malware, phishing, or fraudulent offers.

You also agree not to resell, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service beyond what the app provides. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why.

The Free plan includes 5 published posts and 3 AI images, in total, with no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, and each plan's post, image and scheduling limits are listed on the pricing section and in the app.

Promotional discounts are limited-time offers and may end or change at any time. Limits reset monthly on paid plans. If you hit a limit, publishing pauses until the next cycle or until you upgrade — we email you when that happens.

We work hard to keep RiseScribe running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled publishing depends on third parties (the social platforms, our posting provider, AI providers) that can be slow or unavailable. We are not liable for a post that a platform rejects, delays, or removes.

You can stop using RiseScribe at any time and delete your account by writing to us. Ending your plan stops future charges; see the Refunds policy for what happens to the current cycle. We may end or suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms.

RiseScribe is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost followers, lost revenue, or reputational harm.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
