The biggest reason creators go quiet isn't a lack of ideas — it's that the idea arrives on a bus, and the app is three taps and a login away. WhatsApp is already open. RiseScribe's WhatsApp bot turns a message — a topic, a photo, a link — into a finished post, shows it to you, and schedules or publishes it when you say so. Here's how to set it up and what you can send it.
How it works
- Connect your channels once in RiseScribe (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube…) through each platform's official login. Instagram needs a Professional account.
- Add your mobile number to your RiseScribe profile (Settings → Mobile). That number is your login on WhatsApp — one number, one account — so the bot knows whose channels it's posting to.
- Message the RiseScribe number from that phone. A topic ("3 lessons from Q2"), a photo with a line of context, or a link to an article or YouTube video.
- Review the draft the bot sends back — caption, hashtags, and which channel it's going to. Reply to change the tone, the language or the wording.
- Say the word. Tap Publish, Schedule or Discard — or type yes to send now, schedule to pick a date and time, no to drop it. The bot confirms, and the post appears in your RiseScribe calendar like any other.
The bot understands English, हिन्दी and मराठी — both in what you send and in what it writes. "आज संध्याकाळी ७ ला पोस्ट कर" works.
What you can send
- A topic — a sentence is enough. The AI writes the post in your saved tone with your standing rules applied.
- A photo — with or without a caption idea. The photo becomes the post's image; the AI writes around it.
- A link — an article or a YouTube video. The bot reads it and writes your take, not a summary.
- A trend — ask "what's trending?" and pick one; the post is written about that story.

What it will never do
- Post without your say-so. Every draft waits for yes, schedule or no. Silence means nothing goes out.
- See your passwords. Channels connect through official OAuth logins; the bot holds a permission you can revoke any time.
- Read your other chats. It's a business number you message; it sees only what you send it.
